Why the model likes it

The totals edge exists because both teams can play fast, but a fast game does not always translate into elite scoring when shot quality and offensive execution are unstable. Atlanta can push tempo, yet Washington's offense often stalls into low-efficiency stretches, which matters at a number this high. If either side has a poor perimeter shooting night, the total becomes difficult to reach because the market is already assuming strong conversion on a large possession count.
